Tenderers who believe that the procurement has not been carried out in accordance with the public procurement regulations, can use the appeals that are in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements. After notification of award decision has been sent out, the contracting authority will uphold the statutory waiting period before the contract is signed. The contract is planned to be signed after the waiting period expires, provided that there are no conditions to prevent signing of the contract. Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with Norwegian law and brought before the ordinary courts with Trøndelag District Court as a venue.
